Khodorkovsky on the other hand, bought Russian oil at $1.70 a barrel and sold it on the world market for +$50 a barrel. He made billions in a couple of years, paying no taxes or investing the money in Russia.

He's admitted that he cheated but says he's paid by serving `9 years and now wants to move on. Big deal.

In the 90's there were many like him. Putin took them all on. On the scale of their personnel greed, Putin doesn't even come close.
