In Report, Zimmerman Denies Throwing Bottle At Ex-Girlfriend
FiOS Trending ^ | January 10, 2015 | MIKE SCHNEIDER Associated Press

George Zimmerman denies throwing a wine bottle at his ex-girlfriend in his latest run-in with authorities since being acquitted of murdering an unarmed black teen in 2013.

Zimmerman says in a police report released Monday that in the confrontation with his ex-girlfriend, he didn't throw a bottle at her nor destroy her cellphone as she claimed. Instead, he says, he was only trying to prevent her from entering his home....

...Police officers say they heard the sound of glass breaking at the home while on patrol and saw broken glass in the driveway.

>>>It’s quite possible he did nothing.

Except serially have incredibly bad taste in women.

How many times have you been arrested and had to resort to the ‘that bitch is crazy’ defense? Is this not his 3rd?<<<

Well, there are a lot of crazy b-—hes out there. Do you know if this is the same one as last time or a different one?

No kidding, and he needs to lay off the girl friends for a couple of years. He really needs to “go ghost”.

> If “girlfried” did not file a report at the time of the incident it should be a non-issue.

I wonder what the routine traffic stop was about? If he threw a wine bottle at her car and broke out a tail light she might have a case, but again she should have reported this soon after it happened.

Women can be vengeful little turds when they want to be (the immature, non-Christians variety especially). There are people and whole industries devoted to clearing innocent men who were accused of acts by women that they didn’t commit...

> He can’t be permitted that. If the left stands for anything it stands for the sanctity of Revenge and revenge must be taken on him for his malicious acquittal of the heinous crime of self defense against a Protected Person

They forget it’s a two edged sword...

I still think the wisest thing Zimmerman could have done on the day of his acquittal, would have been to get on a boat to visit his mom’s relatives in Peru. (I say boat instead of plane, as that would bypass TSA/”no fly list” BS.

Welcome to hell for men. A simple accusation can land ANY man in jail and an arrest must be made.
Innocence is not a factor, the new laws say an arrest must be made under any circumstance.
Even if recanted by a lying accuser.

I doubt Zimmerman would take a chance of being arrested but I highly suspect that this
is a control switch used by many emotionally unstable women against their men.
Laws like this are an insult to those women who really are abused.

this sounds like when the cops stopped her she was just making a bunch of crazy stuff up to get out of a ticket, and then they had to respond to her accusations.

That was also my impression.

So, is Zimmerman just hot for crazy women or are crazy women hot for him?

I guessing a little bit of Column A and a little bit of Column B.

The police report is here

http://www.mynews13.com/content/dam/news/static/cfnews13/documents/2015/1/zimmerman-arrest-011215-offense-report.pdf

The involved police officers names are

CHARLES CLARK
HAROLD LANGWORTHY
JUSTIN AXON
RYAN SNYDER

I read several of what I consider in my opinion irregularities in the report.

Irregularity #1:

the woman pulled over was not issued a ticket or a warning.

Irregularity #2:

The arresting officers did not enter Zimmerman’s home, implying that they did not have a search or arrest warrant and implying that there was no imminent threat to anyone

Irregularity #3:

There was no consideration by any officer that the woman’s true motivation for mentioning Zimmerman’s name might have been to divert attention from herself and to avoid a traffic citation.

Irregularity #4:

Woman mentions that she was emotionally vulnerable and yet lived with Zimmerman for 2 months prior to the incident. This should have been sufficient to impeach her credibility relative to Zimmerman’s but was not.

Irregularity #5:

Zimmerman volunteered information but was arrested anyway. Volunteering information after Miranda rights were read should give the presumption of innocence to the arrested party.

I would question the motives of the police involved. Do they receive bonuses for making aggravated assault arrests? If so, the safest people to arrest are law abiding middle class males and females.

Lots of females get wild and crazy if they become emotionally unsatisfied with a romantic relationship. If men had a nickel for every time such an event happened, most men would be rich and most women would be their concubines.

Unlike some, I am not sure that it is possible to determine in advance which women become bat-crazy and which women remain rational throughout and beyond a romantic relationship. Furthermore I suspect that Zimmerman has major problems getting a job which are not directly his fault, and a job is probably a major determinant of the type of woman who can be attracted to him. Therefore I do not think it is fair to fault Zimmerman for his choice in women, unless people consider lifetime celibacy a viable and fair option for Zimmerman.

For all the abuse he has suffered under the criminal justice system, Zimmerman should receive some kind of get out of jail free card. He has paid his dues. He should not be made to suffer repeatedly as a canary indicating the most poorly written laws.

I wonder if the woman accuser has any criminal liability (I imagine she has no money to go after by Zimmerman when all the dust settles if he is found not guilty).

I also wonder if the police officers were acting in the public interest with integrity. I wonder in particular if the initial pair of officers prompted the alleged witness to respond by asking leading questions such as “we can arrest Z if he did XYZ. Did you witness Z doing XYZ?”

I view it as fortunate that Z was able to get Don West involved. If Z is lucky, the DA will drop this before it goes to trial.

This won’t stop until (a) Z dies (eg at the hands of trigger happy police intent on completing some misbegotten kind of arrest quota), or moves out of the country; or (b) Z files some kind of police harassment lawsuit and prevails.

George has his troubles finding the right girl, but he's not the only one:

NASCAR's Kurt Busch tells court ex-girlfriend was trained assassin

Maybe peace and sanity through celibacy might work for some of these special cases?
