It doesn’t matter what happened in North Dakota. The race was long over, and the population is teeny tiny, and was not and never will be any indicator of real strength.

When shit is over, it doesn’t matter. Doesn’t matter who scores points in the basketball game when the outcome is long decided.

North Dakota? What next, Rhode Island?

It’s a contest of attrition ... nobody can compete in 25 of 50 states and then expect to have the nomination wrapped up.

that is the one thing that Romney got right ... he accumulated delegates everywhere. Which meant the nomination was his even if he had stumbled badly in the final 10 contests. Same deal for 2016 ... compete everywhere or prepare to lose at the convention.
