Physical fitness plays an important role in how well we are able to perform on the range.
This is an understatement. It's one of my goals for competition in 2015. That crosshair dances around a heck of a lot less after hiking up a hill on a field target course if you're in good shape!

No kidding... 200 sporting clays targets (never mind the walking) and I feel like I’ve been beat with a club. Don’t even start with the cowboy long range matches with a 12 pound Sharps.
