does not like great ideas. They like complicated ideas, confusion,
Kabuki dances and grandstanding.
It is much easier than work.
No it’s not a ‘great’ idea: it costs a lot of money and would anger Hispanic, big business and the media.
But it is what should be done, and should have been done all along.
