In a perfect world she would be. I have a feeling though it was greed that motivated her. She was working for Tiller and raking in the bucks. Her goal was to push the girls though to the abortion. These clinics really don’t care if who brings them in for in abortion as long as it’s paid for. Any adult can sign for the child and as long as that adult says he/she is the parent then that if fine with the clinic.
Which is why I think we should pass a law that says clinic must report it if a girl 17 and under has an abortion to CPS. They should investigate and find out who got her pregnant. Would it create more workload for them? Yes. But a girl who keeps coming in and keeps coming in for an abortion should raise eyebrows enough for someone to find out why.
