Compare the Jewish and Christian versions of the “end of days” to the Muslim one:
Jewish/Christian - People will suffer judgements and wrath, based on their choices and actions, meted out by God Himself.
Muslim - People will suffer judgements and wrath, based on their ethnicity/religion, and Allah asks his followers to mete it out for him.
Any time you do these types of comparisons, it is pretty obvious which viewpoint fits more closely the idea of an omnipotent deity.
Those who are not saved go before the White Throne of Judgement and suffer the wrath of God. Those who are saved go before the Bema Seat of Christ. All their sins are forgotten and they are awarded Crowns based on their good works. And to be clear, salvation does not come from good works, but good works come from salvation.
