California enacted only 900 laws in all of 2014.
I am personally in awe of the efficiency and productivity of our FedGov to produce that many regs in the first week alone. Way to go, Regulators! Don’t listen to those neer-do-wells who say government doesn’t work!
Between last Saturday and last night, I finished reading 275 of the new regs and find myself out of compliance on only 37. I am working diligently the rest of this week to make sure I am in full compliance with what our benevolent government expects of its citizens. I hope you will all do the same with your spare time.

Always have had, once they discovered what they thought were wastelands - are ABOVE ground - that they 'gave' the Indians turned out to have 'riches' under the ground. THEN - the GOV"T claimed control over anything underground...and let anyone BUT the Indians claim leases and rake in the riches.

Not in Washington...it's one thing to send our guys there...what they do once there is 'the defining point of our effectiveness' prior... Thus far it's been a worthless endeavor.
There is a formidable "Power" in Washington "felt" by all who cross it's portals. With that one can sense it operates on a different level as no other. Just finding ones way through the building and divisions of takes time, let aloe learn the backdoor politics and who is who in the reality of how things operate.
Our guys trip and bounce along but for whatever reason don't seem to get the foothold needed to turn the ship...they are dependent on the more seasoned politicians who unfortuately work so closely with the other side that they can be left out if not a co-operative "Player" and will be.
IMO Cruz has somehow gained a foothold and they know it and fight him and those with him....we see the waves and wind of that time and again.
Cruz one time last year said..."The people do not yet realize how close we are to taking our country back"..... I would like to believe him. ...and as long as he can make waves perhaps there remains hope.
The key will be to figure out which if any are a divirsion.....remember Obama likes to throw enough junk against the wall and hope some of it sticks....while he’s ten steps ahead of those picking it off the walls.
