Well, seeing as I would not know in advance just what was going to happen, that would temper my response somewhat. Yes, I would protect my own first. You may consider that a weakness, or lack of virtue, but I would die for my children. Having said that, if I knew that MY death would save others, then I would die (at least I HOPE I would - we never know what we’ll do when push comes to shove). But I would protect my child. I don’t fault that poor woman at all.
Thank you. I’m glad someone here agrees with me.
I think most of the naysayers are male, who have little or no attachment to their kids.
It’s a pity!
Yup - motherly instinct. We’re SUPPOSED to have motherly instinct. We’re NOT supposed to have to deal with terrorists.
“I have a history of being very obstinate in the face of people pointing guns at me.”
he said as the flashes of bombs briefly illuminated the glistening sweat on his forearms. Sweat? Or was it the blood of the last slain Jihadi on his arm? She wondered for a moment if those were muscles under his skin, or steel cables like the ones she saw holding up the Brooklyn bridge. She wondered how those arms would feel around her, but alas, she would never know. For this man was only a finely honed killer, with no room for the comforts of her soft breasts,,,
Ah, don’t make um drool
Actually I think my number would be 31... I just like prime numbers. /s
Unarmed security makes about as much sense as firemen who lack fire trucks and hoses.
The jihadist who attacked the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle held a gun to a 12 year old daughter’s head to get in the door before shooting up the place, murdering 1, injuring several.

Am I objecting to someone throwing others under the bus for their own sake, which is cowardice by definition, or am I objecting to not having a "way-back" to give validity your fervent hope I'm possessed of "dutch-courage?"
Keeping up with your cognitive dissonance is no easy feat.
Exactly! Insanity. FIRE! Call the dog catchers!
The gendarmes who came on bicycles sound about as silly.
What fervent hope... you just display all the signs, and your conscience has been pricked now that it is seen.
“Eff you, coward-pussy. You dont know me. Thats for goddamn sure.”
I know peacetime warriors. I have no need to get in a Johnson measuring contest with you. Btw, that’s how you can tell reals, from fakes like you.
You talk too much to have ever done anything real. And yes, I do know of whence I speak.
So whom did they poke at concerning the ‘mariage homo’?
This morning I created this composite image on Paint, and I've been posting it all over the internet anyplace I can under my own real name, Matt Bracken. "Travis McGee" is just a legacy of signing up here 14 years ago. Everywhere else, I'm known by my real name. This is the image I'm posting anyplace and everyplace under my real name:
It would take anybody who wanted to find out about 5 minutes to learn where I live. So, instead of just projecting your cowardice on everybody else, or throwing insults at me because I claim not to be a coward, why not just tell us your real name, and start posting that image or similar ones around the internet under it?
There is a little test for you.
By that time, the passengers had learned of the fate of the other hijacked planes and knew what awaited them. Not to take away from their heroism, but they literally had nothing to lose.
