Looks like the beach at El Segundo in Southern California.

When Bryan and I worked for a division of the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center,
we used to eat our bag lunches at that beach. I know that your pic probably isn’t
on the West Coast, but it did bring back memories.

We were both RA-5s and we made pretty good money until the PTB up in Menlo
Park decided to close the Advanced Development Lab. Our boss took us to a new
company, where we used our expertise to good end, so we three landed on our feet.

It must have been heaven to have lunch on the beach during the work-week. My pic is actually in Sarasota, Florida, which is on the gulf side:
