Do you know if there is any enforcement, or is it if you are caught during any other “event”, it is an additional charge piled against you?
If you were to get stopped and they ran your license they would know. Even if you were not intoxicated by the .08 rule, you could still get a violation of probation charge. So even if you were a passenger, if they knew you were on probation they could have you blow and you could not refuse as that is a condition of probation.
