Aren't other drugs legal there, like all drugs?

Holland has allowed some drugs to be sold over the counter (pot, mushrooms too although there was talk of removing those). The drugs couldn’t be processed (that would eliminate the hashoil candybars and suckers that concentrate the active ingredients).

Heroin was still illegal (and sold on the streets by violent thugs) as was cocaine.

I don’t know Sweden’s drug policy.
