wasn’t Joseph Kennedy thought to be a NAZI sympathizer?

What can you expect from the Kennedys? The patriarch, Joseph Kennedy, made the family’s millions bottle necking during the prohibition. Latter FDR put him at the head of the Stock and Exchange Commission based on that “it takes a crook to catch a crook”. Afterwards, FDR send him as U.S. ambassador to London to be later expelled from the Court of St James for his open sympathies for Hitler. JFK betrayed Cubans fight for freedom denying them the promise air support during the Bay of Pigs invasion. Later during then October Missile Crisis, JFK agreed with the Soviet that U.S. would protect the Castro communist regime from any attack to the Island by the Cuban freedom fighters, not only departing from U.S., but from any other country in this hemisphere. Bye, Bye the Monroe Doctrine, JFK accepted a base of an extra-hemisphere enemy potency at 90 miles of our shores. As the mother of all the betrayals, Senator Kennedy offered the KGB to help them defeat president Reagan foreign policy.

No, but let me guess... it includes transporting “Abuelo” to the hospital in a wheelbarrow.

Oh, no. It's SO much better than that.

“Despite its poverty, Cuba has managed some impressive accomplishments. Cuba’s government boasts the highest literacy rates for its population of any nation in the hemisphere. Cuba claims its citizens enjoy universal access to health care and more doctors per capita than any other nation in the Americas. Cuba’s doctors, reportedly, have high quality medical training.”

It really is quite amusing how many people believe the Cuban government or for that matter place all their measuring sicks on the quality of a nation on a few cherry picked government Favorited statistic.

Soviet Russia had a great military and Space program for their size but they had to dump everything into those programs, particularly space exploration. In all cases Soviet success in even theses cherry picked areas was greatly over stated and their failures utterly covered up.

Cuba has no problem telling as many lies, although the facts of their circumstances are not nearly so easy for their dictatorship to hide. Only a leftist with designs on the same sort of power would choose to ignore the truth wile spinning the lies.

The other issue that you cant ignore is in Cuba Students don’t fool around, and the schools don’t wast nearly as much time on nonsense. This is because the Cubans are not afraid of imposing real consequences.

US public schools run by Liberals and leftist ideology have been a progressive failure sense the 1960’s.

The most impressive thing about Cuba is how they made crappy GM cars run for over 60 years.

There are many impressive things about Cuba and its people. Cuba’s unfortunate Communist Dictator that has made government slaves of the lot of them for 50 years is just not one of them.

At least with the embargo over they wont be blaming us for their lack of freedom and opportunity. (A joke sense they trade with so much of the rest of the world).
