Keep in mind that in Russia the advertised speed will be 300kph. The actual speed will probably be around 50kph.

Wow, what a fantastic trip that would be to take. At least, the daylight part.

Surely plenty of people would much rather spend two days on a train instead of eight hours on a jet - it’s particularly desirable for business travelers: who wouldn’t want to have one day of meetings and four days of transit?
