Netflix just added the musical movie "1776". I remember the scenes of deliberations of the Continental Convention leading up to the decision to issue the Declaration of Independence.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

I will have to watch "1776" again, not as entertainment, but as instruction and motivation.
