I’m thinking the whole of Washington, especially those elected to be there, are more like “House of Cards” than Jimmy Stewart/Mr. Smith. We don’t like to think about that or admit that to ourselves but the reality is there, IMO. If we want to succeed, our SOB has to be a better politician than their SOB. That includes the seamy side, not just the high-minded stuff for public consumption.
