There are too many examples of women claiming to have been raped, to escape the anger of a father/boyfriend,
to just assume that there was a sexual assault.
At least two men have been killed by “friends” of the victim, when in fact there was no victim.
Ergo, I hope this kind of case would be left for the authorities to investigate the actual facts, before any determination of actual guilt is made.
