Another tweet: Radio Free Syria 1 min ‪‎Breaking ‪‎Coalition‬ Airborne landing in ‎Raqqa. the operation was aimed at freeing the hostages in ‎IS‬ hands however the attack failed as a clash took place between coalition troops fighters.

Sounds like a hastily planned mission -- assuming the fight was due to mistaken identity.
