"You know, Im sick and tired of America abusing the rights of all these people. I think we should make the whole world American citizens and give them free Healthcare and retirement benefits. (sarcasm)"I'm sure there are plenty on the left who believe this without the sarcasm. Since they don't know much about math, economics, or other reality-based fields, they don't see any problem at all.

A second passport can be a very valuable thing to have when things go bad.
You can’t wait to need it to go and get it; you need to get it well before you need it.
I know quite a number of Venezuelan colleagues who were forced to leave; most of them jumped through endless hoops to get residency here but some few of them were able to stroll right in; their parents had had the foresight to make sure they were born in the US.
They never needed their blue passport until they needed it.

Panama has the highest per capita income of any country in Latin America. It's also the farthest [country in Latin America] from the southern U.S. border.

That will never happen, unless the hospitals are suddenly no longer reimbursed by our government.

I’m not sure what your point is. You do realize that “Latin America” includes the entire continent of South America, right?

Well, that’s a simple thing to fix. It’s not a Constitutional matter, and it may not even be statute law, simply an administrative regulation of an executive-branch agency.
