Everything from tigers to taxes and wine to willingness is covered by new laws taking effect in the new year.

A New York law bans tiger selfies starting in February. They've been increasingly used by young men as social media profile photos. No photos with lions or other big cats either.

Wine gets a boost in the Bay State. Out-of-state wineries can ship bottles directly to consumers in Massachusetts.

California is trying to end any question over whether no really means yes.

How about rattlesnake selfies? Or an alligator selfie?

Will there be CSI teams analyzing pictures to see if they are real tiger selfies or merely photoshopped together?

Don’t worry.

I expect the ACLU will probably file a lawsuit to protect your free speech tiger-selfie rights.

Imagine the arrogance of a "lawmaker" who would have the gall to introduce such a measure. And imagine the ignorance of his colleagues who would take it seriously enough to actually vote in favor of it. Finally, imagine the idiocy of a populace that would elect such doofi and empower them to make laws affecting their lives.

But, selfies with cougars (the blond in the middle!) remains legal as long as The Won is in the pic...

California has raised the gasoline tax 10 cents a gallon. It is for “Cap And Trade”. Liberals run amok.

Equality for women is dealt a blow in California with the new law that they must obtain a verbal agreement with their partner in order to have consensual sex.

This new law is another indication of increasing feminine submissiveness to a patriarchal society and furthering the notion that it is the duty of government to step in and protect women from themselves and any "bad" decisions they may make.

” No photos with lions or other big cats either. “

1st amendment violation, but our governments are not about preserving liberties anyway. Tyranny rules us now.

Why take a chance with someone who might be dissatisfied with the performance and claim rape. I would think business opportunities for prostitutes would be looking up.
