THIS JUST IN---Rahm Emanuel honored for being an
Outstanding Chicago Mayor...but he's not enjoying it.

"I gotta get outta here. Valerie just wired $50 million federal bucks to the
Chicago Sewer Authority account. I gotta create backdated invoices and insert
line-item salaries to phantom employees on the payroll. Another fat slush fund
for Obama when he retires from office.....and we all get a cut."

I do not say this with anything but a wish to witness to the Truth but my father was on two City of Chicago payrolls and received a paycheck without ever working for the City...this was back in the 50’s.
