At the school district I just retired from, Moochelle's food rules were not well received.

A 200lb football player and 90lb cheerleader got the same lunch portion, and NO seconds.

I’m ten years into my “career” at an urban high school. It’s not pretty, and I’m constantly reminding the students that it’s Mrs. Obama’s idea. Tack on NCLB, RTtT, and Ohio’s new teacher evaluation system, and I’m pretty much tapped out.

I consider myself very fortunate to live in Rogers, Arkansas. We have some excellent CHARTER schools in this area. My granddaughter attends one of the religious private schools here. One of her classmates is the son of the head volleyball coach at one of our PUBLIC high schools here.
