Kids grow out of these things. It’s the parents who need to be locked away. I couldn't help but notice that the child's mother seems to be enjoying the notoriety.

I couldn't help but notice that the child's mother seems to be enjoying the notoriety. So much so that she had her interview written up by a guy (used loosely) who worked on the set of "ROOM RAIDERS".
