To: Repeal The 17th
From reading the South Carolina law on carrying a concealed weapon, I believe it says that if you have an out of state carry permit you may carry it only in your car and it must be unloaded.

In a conservative state, with a conservative governor and Republican legislature it's hard to believe they haven't voted to recognize out of state carry permits. The NRA needs to lobby for that in 2015.

Federal laws require all states to permit drive through with locked and unloaded arms of any nationally legal type as long as you’re just passing through. Of course the current regime will not back you on this
