It’s not just the obvious over-reach of government power and authority, but the question of how much they are spending on this silly crap. How many phoney-baloney government job-holders worked on this incredible non-problem of nano-traces of trans fats in sprinkles. Besides the shredding of the constitution (which is bad enough) it’s also an incredible boondoggle... which is also very, very bad. But the fact is, we’ve become some jaded be so many decades of boondoggle after boondoggle that we tend not to even notice that aspect anymore.
