LOL! Well, since Canada already meets or exceeds the u.n. arms rules and regs, obviously they don't need to sign it. In our case, our haughty stenographer of state john f'n kohn-heinz-kerry handled it for us in true traitor like fashion.

By doing so they’re obviating the political significance of ordinary people owning tools of violence.
THAT is the whole original point of private gun ownership —to encourage leaders to remain or become honest, to give the common man a voice.
