Texas Is Freaking Out About The Oil Crash
Why??? It seems to me that anyone with a lick of common sense and basic knowledge of history should know that booms and busts are an inescapable part of the landscape in the oil industry. I'm amazed that so many didn't see the likelihood of the current situation, and prepare accordingly.

Don’t give too much credit to a headline.
On the other hand, this article is discussing more those outside the oil industry, that have benefited from the oil industry purchases of the last few years.

Having seen a few Booms and Busts, there seems to be a minority that actually hedge the Boom. Most just blow and go then wonder what the hell happened when the $ flow goes.
