the USSC has had opinions in which they stated a NBC requires two US citizen parents and being born on the soil. i posted a link that referenced the cases.
as for why the current USSC hasn’t dealt with the issue is that the cases ALL get dismissed before being heard. why? because they would require 0bama to submit his BC as evidence... an act that would result in him committing federal forgery.

I've kept a close watch on the discussions on this issue and have as yet to find anything that was truly a definitive ruling by the USSC that being NBC requires to US Citizen parents at birth. In fact, everything I've seen has been more wishful thinking (than anything else) by the poster hoping to be able to use it against Obama.
