Awesome. Hope he gets the money. Love his books.
There was no judgement since this was settled out of court. On what basis can they file an appeal?
Poor Rebecca and Judy. Theyll come up with the cash, being the good feminists that they are.
My guess is that the teacher’s union or taxpayers will be paying the bill.
Id love to see a scientific study on this.
Short notice and only one search...

Close, not quite - but still interesting. I find hyphenated last names incredibly pretentious. There should be a law that unless the combined wealth of the families is north of a billion dollars, you can’t have one. Why? It’s inconsiderate of others, to have to remember and pronounce all of that.
And, quite a few countries have laws against giving children idiotic first names. I think that this needs to be considered here. “Freedom”? You can still call your kid Axolotl or DeTwanisha, or whatever, but it’s still going to be “Edward” or “Marie” on the resume’. People don’t have the freedom to cripple their children.
Wonderful. Some good news for a change.
Good news, indeed. For years, every time I’ve brought up Barton’s name, the rechurned lie originating from these slimy leftists was thrown into my face.
So far, I have refused to acknowledge anyone’s hyphenated conglomeration of names. If they give me three names, I use the first and last. This applies to “in person” and in writing.
Finally some good news! I love listening to David Barton
talk about history. Barton makes history come alive; he tells the full TRUE story of what happened and why it happened in history. You can tell how much he loves American
history from his overflowing enthusiasm.
I am so glad he has won his day in court!
(I wish Glenn Beck would have him on
more often - as he used to a couple of years ago.)
The defendants settled. How can that be appealed?
