One thing not mentioned is that the selling of untaxed cigarettes on the streets of NYC is a major source of funding for jihadi organizations such as hamass and hezbolly. Not saying Garner got his cigs from them but to let it go is to fund the enemy.

It is also one of the reasons why those "officials" who keep inciting violence against cops will soon be trying to find ways to back-track; loss of revenue is something they really hate.
