If Germany won WWII then the cold war would have been between the Third Reich in Europe and the USA instead of USA vs USSR. Not much different really.

If Germany actually had won WWII, they would have had all of Europe and Russia. That’s quite a bit more than dealing with the Eastern European block of the USSR.
