Well, it used to be, "The South" and right before LBJ it was "The USA".
Black families and business were starting to do quite well before "Urban Renewal" and "The Great Society". Johnson bulldozed entire neighborhoods and in their place, put up "projects".
Whatever is being said about uncivilized "blacks" can also be said about moslems....whatever color they are.
