BS! Obama couldn’t hope for that much intelligence, sense or wisdom. to say nothing of rationality or leadership ability.

It is. Can anyone, in honesty, name a single thing he has ever done on his own? A monkey can fling his own crap with accuracy. Obama doesn’t even reach that bar. He flings the crap of others, poorly, and always misses.

I would resent the fact that the North Koreans choose to call the US President a “monkey”.
Except that the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut is not a REAL US President, he is a figurehead sort of reigning over the territory once known as “the United States of America”.

For me it’s a simple question regardless of who sits in the chair. Is that person worthy of respect and my defense of them? Because defending a POS means I am a POS as well. And while many would see my POSness as a fact, I don’t.
I do not buy into ‘respect for the office’ because the office has been besmirched for nearly 30 years. It no longer has anything to respect until such time as a good man or woman repairs it.
