For the life of me, I can not understand why people do not run for political office on a platform stating they will abolish all these executive branch agencies, starting with the IRS. I mean... how insanely popular would it be if someone said... “this is your money that you earned and it is theft to take it from you... keep it”.
I ran in 2012 on that platform.
The established politicians would be quite upset if they saw some upstart rocking their cozy boat.
Because the person would probably not survive to see election day.
