Problem is you allow one religion in, you gotta let them all in. Everyone loves seperate on on church and state. I prefer separation of state and church. Keep religion out of politics.
I hope they prosecute the hell out of this woman for destruction of property.

She will get a minor fine, but she gave the opposition a gift.

Problem is you allow one religion in, you gotta let them all in. but Christmas is a Christian holiday... it should be respected... if they want to share a satanic display, then let them do it during another time... not during Christmas...

Satanism? It is commercial atheism created (and trademarked) by Anton LeVay.
Upside down "satanic" crosses are as intolerant (although misunderstood) as if someone wanted to put up burning crosses (painted if not actually on fire) during MLK Day observances.
Festivus? Not a religion.
Pastafarians? Not a religion.
What is the "season" they are marking? Opposition to Christianity.

I would love to be on her jury. I would give her an award. About time Christians stopped being doormats for atheists.

"I prefer separation of state and church."
I prefer Jefferson's context of Church and State where the Church should be protected against bribery by the State and the people are allowed the freedom of open debate in public; not the modern day Hugo Black interpretation which I take it you subscribe to.
