I swear, there's some around here that would label the clearing of the Warsaw Ghetto as "a good shoot", just because the perps were wearing "snappy uniforms".

It leads one to wonder if there was some sort of "snappy uniform-philia" virus floating around Europe in WWII, the American GIs contracted it without falling victim to it, and inadvertently brought it home, where it went viral in the domestic American population...
