There is nothing “fair” about it.
Starting with their insistance on the deceptive ‘tax-inclusive’ rates, to the ‘prebate’ of a government handout to anyone making less than a certain (government named) amount
Every Democrat in the country would we trampling over everyone else to offer a bigger ‘prebate’ if you just elect them
