The Army has forwarded the results of its investigation of Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl's disappearance to a four-star general who will decide if any disciplinary action is warranted.I think these 4 star generals are there to do Obama's bidding, so I think this is over and done with, or the general could face an IRS audit.
