This is truly a law for all the land, except the 3000+ groups that are FOB that get exceptions or exclusions or omission or ...
And it does nothing to be revenue neutral.
What is the Law of the Land? Is it whatever some rogue group of politicians in Washington D.C. who reside in Congress say it is? Is it whatever nine black-robed lawyers say it is? Is it whatever the resident of the White House says it is?
Do we live under the Rule of Law or the Rule of Man?
America was founded to exist under the Rule of Law which prescribes freedom, not the Rule of Man which prescribes tyranny.
So what is the Rule of Law in America? Well let the Constitution, the true Rule of Law, tell you:
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land (U.S. Const. Art IV, Cl 2).
Obamacare is not only unconstitutional, and therefore NOT the law of the land, but it is unjust because it deprives individuals of their God-given freedom to choose. As William Blackstone, a prominent authority of the common law and natural law from the 1700's said, an unjust law is really no law at all.

So Obamacare is not only not the Law of the Land because it is unconstitutional, but it also NO LAW because it is an unjust law.
The states need to nullify this illegal act and begin doing the same with every unconstitutional federal act or judicial decision and be prepared for financial independence from the federal government.
