Arizona should never have appealed this. Instead Brewer should have announced that under REAL ID, states are given the power to determine who is eligible, and nullify the ruling. This is the only way to overcome the corrupt Progressive judicary
Ahhh but there’s the rub. This way she can be seen as fighting it and not peeve off the public or put any of that federal money at risk.
