WE had a 20 cents price increase in eggs recently, and I noticed another small increase yesterday, but had not heard about this egg shortage...I’m east coast.

I’m surprised this hasn’t been highlighted on FR already. Egg prices have doubled in the last few weeks! My wife paid $2.70 for a dozen a week or so ago..I shopped yesterday and bought some for $1.68

Here in Connecticut, I just bought two dozen eggs this morning and saw nothing unusual about the price at all.
