NJ is already very segregated; we already live apart, attempts to change that with Section 8 housing fail because there is no shortage of poor whites in NJ who qualify (so even the poor areas are segregated).
Our cities have a core of poor blacks, surrounded by growing rings of Hispanics (who are displacing both the blacks in the center and the whites at the fringes); blacks and whites couldn’t be further apart than they are today in NJ.
Sounds like Paris (minus the famous landmarks). People are segregated into their areas, and people know which ones to avoid.
