Indoctrination. Imagine going to a college that tells you there's no future because
of your color, all day every day. And that America sucks. If this is their MO
then I can see why Blacks get discourage and quit, back to the plantation.

Will anybody do a study as to the reasons why Blacks only have a 9% graduation rate?

Also, there's a reason why grades matter and people who score low should not be
