As for the profiling — they are seeing a monster only because they choose to. I have known plenty of white people asked for assistance in stores when they did not work there. Customers often mistake fellow customers for employees. It just means you look more like you know what is going on around there than the average joe. Same for the Valet thing. You are just standing there, people think you work there. It is not a race thing. Could be a dress thing, but not a race thing.
The older you get the more likely you have heard “Do you work here?” while out shopping.

So, in my black community, the venerable and strong black man who survived slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK, segregation, poll taxes, literacy tests (all from the same Democrat party) was finally killed off virtually — and literally in some cases through inner city gang violence — by Democrat policy.
And so it goes that the plantation has been restored, but this time it is a 21st century economic plantation of servitude and submission to the welfare nanny-state.
The real racism comes from the new plantation masters who have riled up the masses and mob to ensure this is not lost. And therefore, woe, despair, degradation, denigration, and derision upon those who are living up to their parents’ dream — Dr. King’s dream — and have escaped the progressive socialist inner city plantation because we fought through the “pursuit of happiness” to develop the “content of our character” and not await a government granted “guarantee of happiness” due to the “color of our skin.”
The only thing the Obama’s know about racism is their own.
Poor Mr. Obama has had a tough life. Private school in Hawaii, Ivy League education, and he has reached the pinnacle of political careers.
We Italians, Irish, Jews, Hispanics, Asians, etc. have never experienced any discrimination.

I am a white guy.
When I was about 14 years old, one Saturday morning my father took me car shopping. He had been puttering around the house, so he was wearing some old khakis and some kind of work shirt. Because he was a Mopar man, we went to the local Plymouth dealer (he was driving a full-size Dodge at the time) where the salesman took one look at this working-class guy and barely gave us the time of day.
Dad was doing a slow burn but remained polite, and after we had gotten whatever information the salesman deigned to give us, we left.
He then drove directly to the Dodge dealer, where the salesman was respectful, friendly, helpful. My father bought a full-size Dodge Polara with a giant V-8 on the spot!
As we drove home, my father told me that I should respect everybody I meet, and that no matter how shabby, how poorly spoken, how uneducated, I could learn something from everybody.
No matter what color you are, or what your ethnic persuasion, respect goes a long way.
Obama doesn’t respect others. Dad did.
Hands up, don’t shoot!

This doesn't pass my smell test. The 'first lady' is left to wander the store and is not overrun by Secret Service when she is approached by another shopper? Really?
Black trash and half-black trash.
And this is precisely why race relations are going to hell, the blacks just can’t handle the color of their own skin, thus not capable of leading. People are fed up and disgusted with the constant whining, wanting and demanding. So what if the future POTUS was mistaken for a valet? So fricking what, he obviously overcame this blatant, degrading, horrific act of racism or he wouldn’t have been in a position to be interviewed by People magazine.
Been ruminating this for quite awhile:
I would certainly like a CONSERVATIVE candidate do the following:
At an appearance in an auditorium or similar place:
Put 2 of the following on the table or have photos of pairs of the following hanging up at the stage-———
2 pencils or boxes of pencils
2 pens or boxes of pens
2 English textbooks
2 Math textbooks
2 American History textbooks
2 World History textbooks
2 textbooks of any kind, etc,etc,etc.
Then put up pictures of:
2 school desks
2 classrooms
2 teacher’s desks
2 blackboards
2 photos of overhead lights
2 pictures of school lockers
2 of anything else which depicts an AMERICAN school
Then, this candidate needs to ask the audience:
How many of you here today are homeowners?
DID YOU EVER WRITE OUT YOUR PROPERTY TAX CHECK IN 2 PARTS? ONE CHECK FOR THE WHITE STUDENTS & ANOTHER CHECK FOR THE BLACK STUDENTS??????
How many people in this audience can identify the BLACK student items & the WHITE student items? THEY ARE IDENTICAL!!!!! NO one makes ‘black’ pencils—or pens—or desks—or textbooks-—or anything!!!
Children in American get a FREE education thru 12th grade.
Those who attend on a regular & continuing basis and do their homework & take the tests & pass them are the ones who actually achieve something. Those who refuse to attend-—are chronically truant-—have been indoctrinated to believe that LEARNING something useful & employable is ‘being an Uncle Tom’——those who destroy—loot—burn their own neighborhoods & local businesses— will NEVER amount to anything. They are thugs—no matter their age.
The cry of INEQUALITY is bogus from KINDERGARTEN on up.
There is no such thing as a WHITE student pencil & a BLACK student pencil.
No such thing as a BLACK textbook vs a WHITE textbook.
No such thing as a WHITE student desk vs a BLACK student desk.
The ‘INEQUALITY’ is created by the BLACK student who doesn’t avail their opportunity of such an education and becomes unemployable.
Spare me the usual rhetoric from Sharpton & Jesse Jackson & Dingle & Durbin & Holder & Obama & all the others who support & foment the ‘INEQUALITY’ attacks. The wanton destruction of whole neighborhoods & the arrogance & aggressiveness of blacks against white officers is only making alot of white taxpayers very angry. Pushback won’t be pretty when it happens.
I have paid 75 years worth of property taxes, as I owned some houses at the same time I owned others, overlapping the years & paying property taxes on 3 properties at the same time. I have actually paid more years of property taxes than my age,which is also 75. I NEVER wrote 2 checks for any one property tax.
The feral animals we are raising in many USA neighborhoods are out of control. Respect is only a song to them. They don’t understand the word & they certainly don’t practice it.
My sympathy is totally tapped out. It won’t be renewed, either.
