Perhaps you will understand my observation that Cubans who arrived in the US since the 80s and 90s are not considered the excellent workers that we got in the 60s. Having experienced working for a Communist regime that "pretends to pay us while we pretend to work"—newly-arrived Cubans want to party during working hours! :-(
