That's not my understanding.

Even if you are correct, then it will still damage confidence. The way I see it with John Boehner and Mitch McConnell in charge. You mine as well have Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Another good way to get rid of these RINOs is to cross over and vote for the Democrat. Then vote the Democrat out 2 years later with a real conservative. Because to me a RINO is a Democrat with an R by his or her name.

Your understanding is incorrect.

No senator or congressman has even been successfully recalled. In the Idaho and New Jersey cases, the courts ruled that the US Constitution sets the terms of office for senators and congressmen, and there is no provision in the US Constitution for recall. The Supremacy Clause (Article VI) rules this situation.
