You can’t sell human tissue willie-nillie - there has to be a tissue match in most cases.
Are corpses harvested for corneas, tendons and so forth? Yes. Could this be done on anyone at random or everyone in a group, whether they have hepatitis or cancer or staph, and processed in a non-sterile slaughterhouse? Nope.

You are examining this with Western civilization eyes and knowledge. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that Moslem civilization and thought processes are the same as ours. (There is a name for this logical fallacy, but the name of it escapes me...)
