Police have arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with Fridays shooting at an Oregon high school for at-risk students.
Police have been searching for a gunman who left three young people hospitalized in what investigators say appears to be a gang-related shooting outside Rosemary Anderson High School in Portland.

Usually “at-risk” implies a certain ethnicity.
And it seems to be the case here.
Thus, ipso facto, most likely common every-day violence, with incidental injuries. Could be “gang”, could just be the culture. But not likely “mass shooting”. That just happens to be the case in strict English-language words.
How can this be a “school shooting”? It was a few blocks from a school and involved gang members. Silly anti-gun LIBs. Facts must scare them.
