“Amnesty was all show, no go from the beginning…..”
It was a speech and maybe a memo. But presidential speeches become policy - but not “law”. But, the way obama led everyone to believe it was an actual EO, or something with force (rather than just a wish list), it gave the quisling Republicans enough to include the amnesty money for the budget (”well, we don’t want to shut down the gov’t if we don’t fulfill this new rule”).
And obama would have vetoed it if it didn’t include his new amnesty included on his wish list.
I was thinking of wish list vs. essentials and Christmas. obama would be like the petulant child that doesn’t get the i-phone 6 he wanted, so throws a fit and starts throwing his other presents around. But then continues and rips the lights out of the ceiling and the thermostat off the wall.
And it is all his parent’s fault for not getting him the i-phone 6 he wanted.
Gee, let him rage around like the petulant pantywaist he is….while he’s having a tantrum, maybe we could bail Amnesty. If the pubbies had a set.
