Stephen Curry added a hashtag to his usual pregame tweet on Wednesday:

“Lock in! #DubNation #ICANTBREATHE.”

With those words, Curry entered the movement sweeping the country, from Ferguson, Mo., to Staten Island, N.Y., to the streets of Oakland and Berkeley. And, now, to NBA courts around the country.

Professional athletes have to realize that there is no law that we have to attend their events or watch them on television or at least not yet. We watch sporting events for a diversion from the grind of daily life not to add to it. When sports aren't fun we will find something else to do.

From 2009: NFL commissioner Roger Goodell addressed Limbaugh's potential involvement in the league and said "divisive comments are not what the NFL is all about."

Telling the truth in Obama’s PC and Commiessar America has consequences.

PS: I don’t give a diarrhea crap what Curry or the other athletes say. I earned my college diploma the hard way, by studying.

(Not disparaging those athletes who also got their degree honestly by studying. Hats off to them. I know how hard it was to study and play college sports. I was one of them (and an MVP fencer on a championship team).

The solution is simple. People simply should stop attending all professional sporting events. No fans in the stands, no ticket sale income. Next is loss of TV income as without fans in the stands, the game loses a lot of its fun. No money, no jobs, and the physically talented but mentally challenged idiots learn what it is like out in the real world.

I was once an avid baseball fan. The MLB strike... heck, I guess it was back in the 90's... turned me off. I haven't watched a game in person or on TV since. I just found I really had other things to do with my time. Couldn't tell you who won the last World Series if you held a gun to my head.

Instead, I learned to love college baseball. I've even become a fan and supporter of my local high school team. I can still enjoy spectator status of the game of my youth without any professional nonsense.

It’s sad that so many people can’t think for themselves.
